고후 3:12~18
수건을 벗은 얼굴 (who with unveiled faces)
(3:12) 우리가 이같은 소망이 있으므로 담대히 말하노니
(3:13) 우리는 모세가 이스라엘 자손들에게 장차 없어질 것의 결국을 주목하지 못하게 하려고 수건을 그 얼굴에 쓴 것 같이 아니하노라
(3:14) 그러나 그들의 마음이 완고하여 오늘까지도 구약을 읽을 때에 그 수건이 벗겨지지 아니하고 있으니 그 수건은 그리스도 안에서 없어질 것이라
(3:15) 오늘까지 모세의 글을 읽을 때에 수건이 그 마음을 덮었도다
(3:16) 그러나 언제든지 주께로 돌아가면 그 수건이 벗겨지리라
(3:17) 주는 영이시니 주의 영이 계신 곳에는 자유가 있느니라
(3:18) 우리가 다 수건을 벗은 얼굴로 거울을 보는 것 같이 주의 영광을 보매 그와 같은 형상으로 변화하여 영광에서 영광에 이르니 곧 주의 영으로 말미암음이니라
(3:12) Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold.
(3:13) We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away.
(3:14) But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away.
(3:15) Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts.
(3:16) But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
(3:17) Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
(3:18) And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
